Sunday Photo: CHANGE

//Sunday Photo: CHANGE

Hello beautiful people,

It’s been a while since our last Sunday Photo, BUT this is all about to CHANGE. I know I’ve said it a few times over the years, but for the first time I’ve rethought my priorities and now it’s not just a desire, it’s a fact.

People usually realize they want to change things, for example, they want to go to the gym to get fit, they want to start a healthy diet, they want to go walking more often and so on, but it’s only a desire or a nice thought. The next day there are always other priorities, there is no time: “I will start next week, next month, next year” and without even knowing years pass and we look back and get frustrated thinking that we could have changed the world. This way of living is not healthy and does not bring happiness, in fact, all it does is to keep us stuck in the same spot without faith that we could ever CHANGE something.

Look at your current life. What do you love about it? What would you like to change? What could you do better?

Take a blue ink pen and white paper and start answering these questions. After a few minutes, you will have the answer. I know, it is overwhelming, isn’t it? Don’t get scared, it is all doable! Decide to introduce a new habit and get rid of an old one, every month! You do not need to change everything at once, change ONE THING a month and you will CHANGE your life.

But keep in mind: whatever you might want to change it must be in harmony with your mind, body and soul. Do not just decide to work more if you do not have time to go to the gym/massage/vacation or you do not have time to reflect/meditate/self-develop.
