Much like sleep, stress has just as much effect on your physical appearance as it does on your mental state.
People that are frequently stressed out tend to exhibit aging symptoms earlier in life than people that aren’t. It’s evident when someone has had a hard life – you can see premature wrinkles, sunken features, and a pallid color.
