We all want to surprise our loved one for Valentine’s Day with something homemade, made out of love. It is a great way to show your cooking talents and to make something sweet and delicious!
I have choose one sweet hot beverage and 3 sweets recipes!
#1. Eat Your Heart Out
-1 (14-ounce) can of sweetened condensed milk
-3 (3-ounce) packages of red flavored gelatin
-2 (1/4-ounce) envelopes of unflavored gelatin
To start with, you should dissolve one package of flavored gelatin in 3/4 cup boiling water. Then add 3/4 cup cold water and pour the mixture into a 9- by 13-inch glass pan and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

Stir 1/2 cup boiling water with the condensed milk. Dissolve all the unflavored gelatin in ½ cup cold water for 1 to 2 minutes, in a separate bowl. Mix in 3/4 cup boiling water and combine this mixture with the milk. Let it cool and then add half the mixture to the pan of red gelatin, pouring it over a spatula to slow the stream, and refrigerate for 20 minutes. You are almost finished, just continue alternating layers, first the gelatin mix, the remaining milk mix, the final gelatin mix and let them each chill for 20 to 30 minutes to set it. With a cookie cutter cur the heart shaped dessert!
#2. Hot Vanilla
-1/2 cup of whipping cream
-1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup
-Dash of cinnamon
-1 cup of milk (per hot vanilla)
-2 teaspoons of sugar (per hot vanilla)
-1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract (per hot vanilla)
For this recipe we will start with the topping. In a medium bowl you should whip 1/2 cup of whipping cream until it’s frothy. Then add 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup and a dash of cinnamon and continue to whip the mixture until everything is well blended and peaks form.
For each hot vanilla, you have to microwave 1 cup of milk and 2 teaspoons of sugar in a mug for 90 seconds. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and just Top it with a dollop of chocolate cream, a drizzle of chocolate syrup, and a dash of cinnamon.
#3. Chocolate Decadence
-4 tbsp. butter, plus extra for pan
-3/4 cup evaporated milk
-2 cups sugar
-1/2 tsp. salt
-1 and 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
-1 tsp. vanilla extract
-1 12-oz. bag semisweet chocolate chips
Combine the butter, milk, sugar and salt and stir over low heat until the butter has melted in a saucepan. Then add the miniature marshmallows, vanilla extract and the chocolate chips, stirring as you go, until the mixture is smooth. Turn the mixture into the buttered pan and when is cooled, with a heart-shaped cookie cutter do the heart-shaped pieces.

#4. Cupcakes for Cupid
