You will need a yoga block for this one. Lay down on your back and bend your knees. Your feet should be flat on the ground and placed shoulder-width apart.

Raise your hips up and place the yoga block under your sacrum. Rest your hands by your side and feel the relief.

5. Supported Heart Opener

With this pose, you will feel your chakra healing as you sink into the pose.

You will need a bolster to support your entire back, and yoga blocks to support your legs.

Lay back on the bolster and allow your chest to open up while you relax your shoulders back. Your hips should feel relaxed with the block support on your knees.
